Shipping policy

Our shipping rates range from $8 to $35, with an average cost of $14 per parcel, excluding Car Booster Seats. Shipping to WA and NT may be up to $38 for bulky items, excluding booster seats. Smaller items can be shipped by post, while larger items are usually sent via courier. 

*We offer free shipping via courier in Australia on all orders over $200, excluding Car Booster Seats. This offer is not available for deliveries to Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

Car Booster Seats are excluded from flat-rate and free shipping as they are bulky and must be sent by courier. Shipping costs for these items can vary significantly depending on the delivery address. Please note, we may be unable to deliver booster seats to certain areas or with Australia Post. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you after purchase to discuss available options.

International orders are sent via Australia Post.

By selecting the "Authority to Leave" box you hereby authorise Indie Boho to send your order to your nominated shipping address without requiring a signature for proof of delivery. Indie Boho will provide the third party tracking details as soon as your order is shipped. Therefore, by selecting this method, you acknowledge and agree that confirmation of the delivery to your address by the delivery driver engaged directly or indirectly by Indie Boho, will satisfy proof of delivery. Unless otherwise required by law, Indie Boho will not replace or refund items delivered with Authority to Leave confirmation but not actually received by you. Indie Boho would like to note that since operating, approx 95% of orders are delivered by Authority to Leave and no stolen incidents have been reported to date.
